Vicky was frustrated by dieting and wanted to get back to her happy weight. She’d already lost 30 pounds when she began her coaching partnership, but the pandemic hit and she had hit a wall with her progress. She was stressed, knew the ins and outs of nutrition, but her lack of continued progress had her feeling stuck and out of control. She wanted a solution for reaching her happy weight of 150 lbs that was sustainable. Her unstructured weekends and lack of consistency with food kept throwing her out of balance.

- Before Coaching + Finding Her Why
Lauren was operating in a default mode, quietly adding pounds. She wasn't miserable, but she was aware that if she didn't make changes, long term negative health consequences would creep in.
Six months into a wellness coaching program, Lauren is 39 pounds lighter and healthier.
She is much more portions aware and looks forward to strength training at her gym.
She has moved away from thoughtlessness with her wellness habits and takes pride in being mindful and consistent with her goals.

Jean before coaching: Sedentary most of her life, tried many diets and would lose a few pounds, quit, and gain them back. Had knee surgery and wanted to avoid a second. Was painful to simply walk. Felt stuck and out of control about food.

‘Before’ behaviors: After becoming parents, Erika's weight continued to creep upward. Chris had been ‘the pudgy kid’ all his life. At nearly 500 lbs together, they were experiencing many pains and taking too many medications to manage them. They were mostly sedentary with ingrained habits of overeating and nightly snacking and drinking.
